What is the Expert Area?
The Expert Area is a part of the Hydrogen Online Workshop that allows you to position yourselves as the “go to guys” for your specific product or solution.
What does the Expert Area look like?
The Expert Area is is a landing page filled with your content: text, images, videos, links, downloads, call to actions etc. By clicking on the “Live button” you can start your expert session and share your knowledge with the attendees.
How do I set up my Expert Area?
It´s easy: If you can design a Power Point slide, you can built your Expert Area. All you need is the content (product videos, presentations, PDFs etc.). No programming skills required.
Does the Sponsorship Package include an Expert Package?
Yes, the Sponsorship Package includes the Expert Package.
Where is my Expert Area?
Your Expert Area is part of the Hydrogen Online Workshop platform. Attendees can meet you for 24h and learn more about your products and your services.
What is an Expert Session?
An Expert Session is like a short webinar or a short video conference that allows you to share your knowledge with the attendees. Functionalities include video, screensharing, chat etc.
How many Expert Sessions do I have?
Every expert can host up to 7 Expert Sessions. The defined time slots allow you to cover all time zones.
How long is an Expert Session?
It´s scheduled for 30 minutes, but you are free to present as long as you want to.
Do I have to host 7 Expert Sessions?
No. You can host up to 7 Expert Sessions, but even if you don´t want to present at all, that´s perfectly fine. The attendees will still be able to watch your videos and interact with you in the chat.
Do I need 7 different presentations?
No, you can do the same presentation more than once to cover the different time zones. Even a “Q&A only” session is okay (preparation time = zero).
Are the Expert Sessions in parallel?
The Expert Sessions take place between Panel Discussions and Keynote presentations. However, different Expert Sessions will be in parallel to cover different specific topics.
Are my presentations part of the official program?
Yes, and we will promote them for you. The sooner you book, the more you profit.
What if I can´t attend for 24h?
That´s no problem. You are live as long as you want to. For the rest of the time the attendees will be able to watch your videos, download your PDFs etc.
Do I get the contact data?
You will get the contact data of the attendees who have visited your Expert Area or attended your presentations (GDPR compliant).
